R3-PCR guides you through every step of the pre-clearance process from registration to BOC submission so you always know what's happening with your shipment.
Create your account and fill in the registration form. Wait for supervisor approval via e-mail before you can log in.
Enter your username and password, then verify your identity using the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered e-mail.
Complete all required fields and upload your supporting documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, AWB / BOL), then submit.
Once your shipment is Approved or Rejected, open the shipment detail, select a star rating (1-5), write a comment, and submit your feedback.
Track your shipment's progress on the dashboard. You will receive a notification every time your shipment status changes.
The consignee is the importer or cargo owner expecting a shipment anywhere around the world. They submit documents to custom broker for pre-clearance processing.
